This Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving isn’t just a holiday—it’s a posture of the heart. Scripture reminds us, “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever” (Psalm 136:1, NLT). Gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what God has already provided. Even in seasons that feel heavy or uncertain, choosing gratitude helps us see God’s fingerprints in places we might have missed: a friend who checks in, a small, answered prayer, strength we didn’t know we had.
Thankfulness doesn’t ignore the hard things—it invites God into them. When we pause to remember His goodness, our hearts become steadier, and our faith grows stronger. This Thanksgiving, take a moment to breathe, look around, and recognize that every good thing—big or small—is a reminder that God is close, God is kind, and God is still working in your life.
