Tunes in June
Sunday June 28th from 6-7:30 p.m. we will be having our first all-church gathering of the summer! Come enjoy a time of worship, learning new songs, and singing some favorites. A pizza dinner and time for fellowship will be provided afterwards, in the gym.

"In the Word" Ladies Conference
Women of all ages are invited to sign up to attend "In the Word" conference in Lincoln to be held August 28-29, Friday evening 7-9 PM and Saturday morning, 9 AM -12:30 PM.
Speaker Jen Wilkins has authored several of our women's Bible studies in the past. Her insights on the Lord's prayer will be a great kick-off for our fall focus on women's ministry.
Also offered is a bonus all-day Leadership Training on Friday for those who'd like to be more involved with women's ministry or want to improve their leadership skills in the home or the workplace.
A sign-up sheet is in the foyer. The discounted rate is $75 for the conference only, or $140 if you wish to also attend the bonus Leadership Training all day on Friday. These discounted rates are guaranteed if you sign up no later than June 28. Scholarships are available!

We will be honoring Highschool graduates on Grad Sunday, May 3rd.
If you would like us to recognize your Senior, please contact the office with a photo and information on where they are graduating from and what they would like to do after high school by April 15th.
We would also like to recognize our college graduates, please send information (where they are graduating from/degree) to the office April 15th.

Welcome To The Family Seminar
Did you know that many guests decide within 10 minutes if they will return to your church a second time? Even more concerning is that many will make this decision before even entering your building.
As a church on mission to make disciples, we want to be intentional about greeting our guests and making them feel welcome when they come through our doors.
Here is the schedule for Sunday’s seminar…

Welcome Team Training
This training will precede the “Welcome to the Family Seminar” with Jon Reed on April 26th.
This training is for Elders, Ministers and those that signed up to be on the Welcome Team.

Marriage Ministry Potluck
The marriage ministry is hosting a potluck on Sunday April 19th, after worship services. This is open to all, but especially for those who have been involved in the marriage ministry or would like to know more about it! Please join us for food and fellowship! -Victor and Connie Horvath
Spring Clean Up
Come Fellowship with us on Saturday, April 18th from 9am-12pm for SPRING CLEAN UP!!! This will be a wonderful time to spend together freshening up our outdoor space. ALL AGES WELCOME to join in the fun. Thank you for helping to beautify our church grounds!

Leadership Training for Christ (LTC)
LTC EXISTS TO INSPIRE AND EQUIP GENERATIONS OF YOUTH IN CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP IN THE HEART OF AMERICA TO LEAD THEIR CHURCH, COMMUNITY, AND WORKPLACE THROUGH THE 21ST CENTURY. OUR KIDS WILL TRAIN IN VARIOUS AREAS OF CHURCH SERVICE (SONG LEADING, PUPPETS, DRAMA, ETC) AND MAKE THEIR PRESENTATIONS IN KANSAS CITY ON THIS WEEKEND.
THIS EVENT IS DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES TO ATTEND AND CHEER ON EVERY SOUTHWEST STUDENT.

LTC Showcase
Everyone is welcome to join the LTC Showcase at 2:00pm this Sunday (3/29) in the Auditorium. The showcase will act as a dress rehearsal for our LTC students and an opportunity to practice in front of an audience. We would love to see you there!
If you have an LTC student with a display event (Art, Photography, Scrapbook etc.) please plan to bring it to church Sunday to the showcase.
