The church exists to develop lifelong disciples of Jesus who glorify God, love others, and make more disciples.

Current Sermon Series:

“Citizens of Heaven”

Series Overview: One of the key messages God has for us in 1 Peter is to remember who we are and to act accordingly. So who are we, exactly? One way Peter addresses this question of identity is by reminding the church we are foreigners and exiles in this world (1 Peter 1:1, 17; 2:11). Even though we might have a document from our government declaring we are citizens of this or that nation, our most important citizenship is in Heaven (Philippians 3:20). That means our highest allegiance is to King Jesus and that our most important responsibility is to serve his purpose in our lives. This series will focus on what the book of 1 Peter teaches us about who God is, who we are in Christ, and how we are called to live as citizens of Heaven.
