To ensure the safety and security of Southwest members, you will need to create an account to access the Members tools, such as the Church Directory. It also gives you control over what information you wish to share online with the rest of the Southwest congregation. To learn more about this, please review the topics below:

Creating an Account [+]
Note: An individual must be at least 13 years of age to create an InFellowship account.
- Click on the Members tab and choose the Register link at the top of the login form.
- Provide your Name, Email address and choose a password to protect your account. Then select the "Create an account" button.
- You will receive a welcome email with a link to activate your account. Click on the activation link to complete the process. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, check your Spam folder.
- Now your account is active and you can complete your profile and opt-in to be a part of the church online directory.
Updating My Profile [+]
Now that you have created and activated your account, you can update your profile. Remember, you have control over every item listed on your profile using your privacy settings. This is set by you and not by the church or system administrators.
- Click on the Members tab and login. Select "Your Profile".
- Under the Actions menu, select Update your profile.
- The progress bar feature will let you know whether or not your information is complete. In order to reach 100%, you must include the following information:
- Profile photo
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Phone (mobile, home & work)
- Personal website url
- Social Networks URL (Facebook, Twitter or Linked In)
All items with an asterisk are required fields and must have a value. Your profile does not have to be 100% complete to be listed in the directory.
- Once you have finished editing your profile, select the "Save changes" button.
Opting in to the Church Directory [+]
Note: Each member must opt-in to the Church Directory. When viewing the directory, you will only see other people who have opted-in and only the information they have made available via their privacy settings.
- Click on the Members tab and login.
- Click Account and then Privacy Settings. Locate the "Include me in the church directory" option and save your settings. If this option does not exist, you have not been listed as a member at Southwest, or you registered under a different email address than we have on file. If so, please select the Contact Us link to let us know so we can work with you to gain access to the directory.
- Now you have opted-in to be a part of the online Church Directory.
Editing My Privacy Settings [+]
As a member online Church Directory, you have control over the information other Church Directory members can view in your profile.
- Click on the Members tab and login.
- Click Account and then Privacy Settings.
- Make modifications to your privacy settings by dragging the green slider bars in each field to the left or right to select the user groups you want to have access to your private information. For example, in the Address field with the slider at Everyone, all members of the directory can see your full address.
- Monitor the boxes at the bottom of the page to see exactly what each type of user will see based on your selections. It is an interactive page, so when you change a setting, the page automatically refreshes to show your changes.
- Once you have finished editing your profile, select the "Save privacy settings" button.
